Here we are in the 2nd month of the year.
January started the way I like - new clients, departures and improvement.
The exchange market in Brazil in January 2025 continues to grow, driven by Brazilians' increasing interest in international experiences that go beyond language learning. Key trends include:
Sustained Growth: The industry stabilized in 2023, and forecasts indicate a 5% to 10% growth for 2024 and 2025. The demand for cultural and educational experiences abroad is rising, especially among young people and professionals looking for personal and career development.
Changing Consumer Behavior: Students are not only interested in learning English but also seek exchange programs that combine study, work, and cultural experiences. It's always like that when the situation of Brazil is not good.
Diversification of Destinations: Besides traditional destinations like Canada, the US, and Australia, there is a growing interest in Spain, France, Italy, and Germany, fueled by the desire to learn other languages, such as Spanish and French. In the UK, Brazilian students are increasingly opting for cities outside London due to better cost-benefit ratios and fewer Brazilian residents.
New Exchange Student Profiles: More people from different age groups are joining exchange programs. The 50+ audience is expanding, with specialized programs for retirees, while teenagers seek programs that blend education with cultural and sports activities. Family programs are also growing...
In the internal updates, we're improving - slow speed - our own system.
I'm very optimistic about 2025 ETC JUST GROUP achievements.
Have a wonderful February.
