August 2025 - ETC Just Group updates

Whew!!! July is over. And I… SURVIVED.

July is always a challenging month for those of us working in the exchange industry. Peak season, many families traveling, last-minute questions, intense client demands.

But it’s also school vacation time—that moment every mom wants (and needs) to be more present.

This year, the universe decided to turn on "advanced mode"… On June 22nd, I got a message from my support system at home: “I broke my leg. I’ll be out for at least 30 days.”The result? 38 intense days being a full-time mom, a high-demand professional, and a real-life juggler.

Yes, there was exhaustion, chaos, and a serious sleep deficit.But there was also resilience, creative tag-teaming, makeshift support networks, and plenty of learning.

This isn’t about romanticizing burnout. It’s about recognizing that we get through it—not because we’re superheroes, but because we’re real. And because we have purpose.

If you also survived July—whether it was in the exchange market, school break chaos, or the invisible battles of adult life—I see you. I respect you. And I celebrate you.

Now, let’s head into August. Hopefully with a little less chaos with the High School departures. :)
