Celebrating 5 years of ETC Just Group

Today we celebrate 5 years of ETC Just Group, and a whole series played in my mind.

Episode 1: In the middle of the pandemic, the merger of two companies, with a strong focus on people.

Episode 2: With the pandemic more under control, departures started happening more frequently. Hundreds of students from both brands, who had been on standby, began traveling in groups. Standard processes were unified. Care and attention to every team member and exchange student.

Episode 3: Focus on results. Time to return to numbers and improvements, always aiming to professionalize processes. Without losing sight of our team and exchange students.

Episode 4: A moment of downsizing, ideation, creation of the new system, and correction of mistakes. Serious mistakes that shook the entire structure of the business. The episode with the greatest number of falls, challenges, and moments where everything seemed to go wrong.

Episode 5: With debts settled, one year later, we started over. Each day, each week, and each year has been filled with pride and gratitude for having the chance to rebuild the history of

a company.

For many, the first episodes may look like failure, but to me, they were full of success. Lessons that no Harvard course could ever teach. I see myself today as a much more complete and professional leader and entrepreneur. I discovered I am stronger, more resilient, more capable of reaching resul

ts I never imagined.

I am grateful for the challenges, and especially this past year, which was even tougher because it was accompanied by fear. But fear, when faced, becomes strength. Even more grateful to all the people who have been part of this journey. To those who never let go of my hand. To the angels who appeared in recent months. A special thanks to my tireless husband, even when extremely exhausted.

Now looking forward to Episode 6.

With God, the right people, and greater maturity, ready to solve old challenges and face the new ones. Which will surely be the best episode so far.
